UR CS Club Minutes from November 4, 1999

Speakers:
  Dr. Bax will be speaking on Machine Learning on Thursday, November 18, 1999.

Events:
  Laser Tag was discussed again.  Tony is still looking into it.  The Computer Club 
    may also be interested.

Programming Contest:
  Two more easy problems will be added to the CS150 Programming Contest.
  It will be announced in CS150 Labs next Monday and Tuesday.
    Flyers, designed by Evrett, will be handed out.
  Rules - changes:
    They are not expected to solve all problems.
    Ties will be broken by earlies submissions.
  Dates have been set - see the contest webpage.

  Blake is updateing the Contest Webpage with the new information
  Blake is also adding links from the main page to the contest page.

The Next meeting is scheduled for Thursday, November 11th at 4:00PM in Jepson 213.
