Application for Financial Support

Contingent upon availability of funds, some financial assistance may be available to offset travel and housing expenses for graduate students and recent Ph.D. recipients. Women and members of minority and other currently underrepresented groups are especially encouraged to apply. To maximize the number of individuals receiving support, all applicants are encouraged to consider economy travel, including double occupancy in hotel rooms and surface travel where feasible. Priority will be given to eligible applicants presenting a talk at the conference.

Type the dollar amount of your estimated travel expenses (just the number, no dollar sign) in the next field. Include the registration fee in your estimated travel expenses. If supported, you will have to provide receipts for some of your expenses (such as air travel and lodging).
